This property is a Luxury Market Rate Community located in Waukee, Iowa.
This position offers 4 or 5 day work weeks and has a generous potential bonus schedule.
Responsibilities The activities listed below are not all-inclusive.
However, they are indicative of activities normally performed by the Community Manager.
Manage leasing activity and motivate the team to achieve goals Manage Property's income/expenses to achieve financial stability.
Enthusiastically and Professionally represents the community and lifestyle of our apartment homes to prospective and current residents Resolve resident issues and ensure resident satisfaction through all interactions Required
