This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM with overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and vendors in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage the showroom consultants' calendars Track down customer backorders Handle receptionist duties for the showroom staff Order office supplies, d cor, lunch etc.
for showroom as needed Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing Backup showroom consultant
Qualifications:
Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant, or similar position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and excellent follow-up skills are essential Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone skills Background check and drug test is required for employment $18 - $21 / hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
