is searching for a full-time apartment Assistant Community Manager to complete our team at PrairieGrass at Waukee, a community located in Waukee, IA.
The Assistant Community Manager will assist with the administrative duties (including rent collection) and leasing goals for the apartment community.
A successful assistant will enjoy a diverse set of job responsibilities, be able to handle and adapt easily to working with multiple deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as being personable and a team player.
Experience with Entrata preferred.
Day-to-Day Tasks of an Assistant Property Manager:
Provide excellent customer service; Lease apartments; Assist with bill and invoice entry; Collection of rent; Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements; Identify and implement creative programs for residents; Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area; Lead the social media marketing efforts; Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be.
