We are a leading company in the Finance industry, currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate and data-based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity.
You will be expected to:
1.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
2.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
3.
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
4.
Conduct thorough research of historical financial data and analyze financial trends.
5.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
6.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
7.
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
8.
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
9.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
10.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
11.
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3.
Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.
4.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
5.
Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
6.
Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
7.
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
8.
Strong understanding of GAAP, management accounting, business analysis, accounts receivable, tax accounting, due diligence, and financial auditing.
9.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
10.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
11.
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
