- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software (e.
