We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team.
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role within the food industry, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns - Prepare bills and process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Excellent math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change - Ability to provide outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and fellow team members If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
